Digital Products and Your Rights
Our products (e.g. PDF guides and planners) are digital content under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Once you have received access to a digital product, you may not have a right to cancel or withdraw in the same way as for physical goods, because the supply has begun with your prior agreement. If you believe there has been an error with your purchase or you have not received what you paid for, please contact us and we will address the issue.
Quality and Refunds
Digital content must be of satisfactory quality, as described, and fit for purpose. If the product is faulty, not as described, or we have made an error (for example, failed to deliver), you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Refund requests should be made within 14 days of purchase where applicable. Refunds will be processed in pound sterling to the original payment method where possible.
Distance Sales
If you are a consumer in the UK and you purchase at a distance (e.g. online) before receiving the digital content, you may have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you have already agreed that we may begin supply of the digital content within the cancellation period and you have received it, your right to cancel may be lost once supply has started. We will inform you of this before you complete your purchase.
